What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your pet's initial consultation is a comprehensive, one-on-one appointment with the doctor. During this visit, we will discuss:
- Your pet's medical and behavioral history
- Current diet and nutrition
- Exercise routine and lifestyle
- Any current health concerns or questions you may have
A thorough physical examination will be performed from both a Traditional Integrative and Western medical perspective. Based on these findings, Dr. Siegler will develop an individualized treatment plan. This may include recommendations for dietary adjustments, exercise changes, nutritional or herbal supplements, acupuncture, or other therapies tailored specifically to your pet's needs.
The initial consultation is approximately one hour and is $220.00.
If time allows, depending on the number and complexity of concerns being addressed, acupuncture, laser therapy, or ozone treatments may also be performed during the first visit for their respective additional fees.
Planning Your Visit
Please plan to be with us for about 1½ hours for your first appointment. Additional time is needed to set up your pet's medical record, enter information into our system, and review any previous medical records you provide. In some cases, extra time after the appointment may be required to prepare and dispense supplements or herbal formulas.
To help us make the most of your first visit, please download and complete the New Patient Questionnaire and the Client Registration form, and bring them with you to your appointment.
